Rent cheque printing, done right the first time
Annual rent in the UAE is usually paid with a set of post-dated cheques. Handwriting four, six or twelve cheques per tenant is slow and one mistake means a new leaf. ChequeWriter prints the whole set from the contract in one run.
Split the rent your way
Enter the annual rent and the number of cheques. ChequeWriter divides the amount evenly and places any remainder on the final cheque, so the set always adds up to the contract value.
Dates follow the contract
Choose a contract period from 3 months to 10 years. Cheque dates are spread across the period automatically, starting from the date you choose.
Correct amount in words, every time
Dirhams and fils are written in words exactly as the bank expects, removing the most common reason rent cheques are returned.

Real Estate edition, answered
What is ChequeWriter Real Estate?
It is the edition of ChequeWriter built for tenancy cheques. Instead of general cheque screens, it works around a tenancy contract: tenant, unit, property, contract period and rent — and prints the full set of post-dated cheques plus a payment voucher.
How much does the Real Estate edition cost?
The Real Estate edition starts from AED 3,000 as a one-time payment for a three-year license. Larger portfolios and multi-branch companies can contact us for a quote.
Can it split annual rent into 4, 6 or 12 cheques?
Yes. Enter the total rent, choose the contract period and the number of cheques. ChequeWriter splits the rent evenly, puts any remainder on the last cheque and dates each cheque across the period.
Can we print on the tenant's chequebook?
Yes. Choose the tenant's bank and ChequeWriter uses the calibrated template for that bank's cheque leaf. Templates are included for 40 UAE banks.
Can it print on the back of the cheque?
Yes. Back-of-cheque printing adds text such as the tenant name, unit or contract number to every cheque in the set in a single run.
Can we import existing tenancies?
Yes. Import an Excel sheet with date, amount and payee columns, plus optional tenant, unit, property reference and contract number columns.
